In 2014 a strange and eerie video was uploaded to youtube. With weird cuts, creepy audio, and an unknown message this video has made everyone who has watched it feel a little uneasy. In this episode of Clouded we try and figure out the mystery of 62.10401554464931 24.459908986464143 Episode Begins Here In 2014 a disturbing and extremely creepy video was uploaded to youtube. (play audio from video) Are you ready to jump down the rabbit hole? The audio you heard at the beginning of this episode was taken from a creepy Youtube video posted on Aug 9th 2014. No ones knows who posted it, why they posted it, or if it is hiding some secrets inside it’s images and audio. In this episode of Clouded we will try and answer 4 questions Who posted it? What do the numbers mean? Does it hold some kind of secret message? Is it a hoax or some kind of performance art? So who posted it? It has been 2 years since this video was posted on youtube are are no closer today to figuring out who posted it. The video was originally posted under the youtube user account called “626544984949854984858948l1”. To this day it is still the only video posted by this user. A google search reveals a user on Google plus who has posted a link to this same video under an account with the same name. Again, nothing else is posted. The “about” section is empty, there are no other posts and nothing has been posted in the photos section. All that’s there is this one link. The person or persons who posted this strange video have been able to remain anonymous as of the posting of this podcast. So, What do the numbers mean? Some have said it is some sort of countdown. Others have implied it it some sort of code. The most likely answer is that the two set of numbers are GPS coordinates. When these two numbers are put into Google maps as latitude and longitude, they point to a forest in Finland. Even stranger, the screenshot on youtube right before you hit the play button appears to be a small trail surrounded on both sides by tall forest like trees. And in the video this scene of a trail seems to be shown from two different angles or locations. Is the video showing the exact spot of the GPS coordinates in Finland? The next logical question is why give us these coordinates? Is the uploader letting us know of something he did here? Could there be a dead body buried in this forest? Or is this a warning of evil things that have occurred here? As far as I can tell through my research no one has gone to these GPS coordinates to find out. So the answer as to what exactly these numbers mean may never be solved. Does it hold some kind of secret message? There are audible yet sometimes distorted voices in the video. The clip you heard at the beggining of this podcast you can clearly hear what appears to be a 911 operator say “Are you in need of assistance?” and “ok sir, I am notifying the police”. That is followed by a bit of conversation then you hear the person who called 911 start to scream “Go away!”. Followed by the operator asking “what is happening? Sir?”. Here is another example: (video) There are also scenes that have been altered in different ways. Some look like the x-ray version of a scene and others have had a filter put on top of it. Some scenes have been identified by users on reddit. The first being the white mask in the video. It is the The Mysterious Stranger from the cartoon “The Adventures of Mark Twain”. The close up of the blurred face that comes right after the mysterious stranger is Mark Twain from the same short. As are the kids at 1:39 into the video. There are also other images that pop in out of the video. Including a train and what appears to an underwater shot of coral near the end. Going back to the Mark Twain images. In the animated short the Mysterious Stranger is asked by the kids “who are you?”. He answers “An Angel”. Then the kids ask “What’s your name?”. He answers again, “Satan”. Is the creator of this video trying to tell us something? After all, these are the only images that can be identified. Which leads me to believe the person wanted us to know what they are. Is the creator of this video trying to tell us something about themselves? Is it a hoax or some kind of performance art? If it is any of these two options, NO ONE has come forward in two years to claim it as their own. One would be of the mindset that if this was their one and only piece of art they would have come forward by now to lay claim to it’s fame. And if it was a hoax, why create something that frankly does not make sense and will never become “viral”. That being said some of the greatest hoaxes have been of the ‘long game’ variety. This could very well be the creation of someone who delights in making people search for something that is not there. The more I watch this video the more it feels to me that I am peering into the mind of a schizophrenic or disturbed mind. It almost looks like this is the visual of what they see in their mind projected for all of us to see. It most definitely will give you an uneasy feeling while watching it. This video will remain unsolved until the person that created it comes forward to explain it themselves or possibly until someone investigates what is at the GPS coordinates. Or maybe, just maybe the answer is hidden in plain sight. As Mark Twain once said: “It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.”
